Senior Insurance Advisor Residential Deck

We have since grown through the start-up phase and are now looking for a multi-insurance talent. At Deck, we believe in the power of tech with personal service from advisers. As an advisor, you will be responsible for growth by helping new and existing customers. You love helping people and are willing to go the extra mile for your colleagues. As a consultant, your working hours are from 9 to 5, but the mentality and way of working is slightly different at Deck. You can arrange your work flexibly in consultation with your colleagues and where the customer's interests are paramount. At Deck, all customers get answers to all their queries within 1 working day. Work stocks... we are not into that, that too is waste 😉.

If you have an idea to avoid extra work, your improvement is welcome and we'll adapt deck.nl or a crucial customer process.

We are looking for someone with a few years' experience as an insurance advisor private individuals and hold Wft Basis and Wft Particulieren. Our workplace is in Baarn, although you may also work from home. In practice, our team enjoys working together in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We are looking for an approachable person who is commercial and enjoys helping new and existing customers. You have verbal skills and are also good with chat and whatsapp. You dare to be yourself and are socially adept.
