Damage? Easily settle online

For damages, you can contact us. You can app, email, call us or submit your claim through our website. The easiest way is to fill in the claim form in my Deck and we will go to work for you like a rocket!

We can be reached by phone on 020-2621110 Monday to Friday from 9am-5pm. Emailing us is fine too. You can do that on the same number: 020-2621110. Would you rather send an e-mail? May as well. You can email us at service@deck.nl.

Car accident or stolen?

Have you had an accident? If so, check your green card. This is visible in mydeck.

Has your motor vehicle been stolen? Report it to the police immediately. Also call the Vehicle Crime Insurance Bureau helpdesk on 055-7410001 to report your vehicle missing.

Breakdown assistance?

Are you unable to continue driving due to a breakdown? In my Deck you can find the policy number yourself.
